Shipping Locations

MATA Scents currently ships exclusively within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order value and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more (before taxes and discounts, unless otherwise stated).

Estimated Delivery Times

After an order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): Varies by carrier and destination

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

MATA Scents is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" but cannot be located, customers should first:

  1. Check around the delivery location.

  2. Contact household members or neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

While MATA Scents cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered, we review delivery issues on a case-by-case basis and will work with customers to find a reasonable solution whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping package

Upon review, we may provide a replacement product or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Delays Beyond Our Control

MATA Scents is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs inspections, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
